Commissioning of Pharmacy Renovation
Construction HVAC commissioning for pharmacy area (approximately 20,000 sq.ft). Commissioning activities started from the construction phase to post acceptance phase. Peer review design drawings, review construction correspondence (RFI’s, responses, change orders) pertinent to commissioned equipment and systems. Prepared commissioning plan and carried out system verification checklist, functional performance tests, provide unscheduled and scheduled site visits, record, issue and update issues log, organize commissioning meetings between all interested parties and carried out off-season tests. Observe duct and piping pressure testing, attend and record maintenance personnel training sessions and issue a final commissioning report. Final report to include systems manual including start-up, emergency shut off, recommendation and description of energy saving strategies, recommendations for re-commissioning frequency by equipment type, etc.
