Retrocommissioning of NSLS-II Facilities
Retro commissioning of secondary pumping system serving vacuum chambers, beam lines, magnets, and absorbers for each of the nine (9) service buildings and support areas at the new National Synchrotron Light Source (NSLS II) facility.
Scope of work included reviewing and revising building management system control sequences and operation, verifying operation of control system related temperature control devices, functional testing of the pumps and all associated devices such as temperature control valves, differential pressure transmitters, inline heaters, etc. Record pump data including performance curve and preparing reports to include deficiency items. Recommended corrections for deficiency items and submitted final commissioning report.
Retro commissioning of flow meter and differential pressure transmitters at the new NSLS II facility. (Total of 220). Scope of work included calculating, reviewing and revising lower and higher pressure and GPM limits at each device, verifying and calibrate operation of each device and recording data to prepare reports to include deficiency items and provided corrections as necessary to each device.
